Senior Clinical Specialist - Ultrasound

  • Responsible for effective pre-sale demo plan
  • Build relationship & network with users and key decision-makers
  • Support post-sale user training, ensuring utilization & maximization of features of equipment
  • Support Field Sales Service (FSS) Team in product demo and training
  • Provide FSS Team with Clinical Information and Research & Evaluation materials
  • Obtain user feedback, monitor & follow up on pending opportunities
  • Assist & strategize with FSS team to close deal
  • Contribute in market Intelligence and sharing of competitive information
  • Continuous update in product knowledge & skills
  • Weekly planning & reporting of work schedule and activities including CME
  • Proactively organize & provide scheduled customer visit & propose user-training to customers
  • Conduct customer satisfaction feedback & survey
  • Active participation in trade exhibitions & workshops
  • Organize talks and design courses to support idsMED Education Strategy
  • Assist in KOL building
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior or management
Work Experience & Qualification
  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Nursing, Medical Ultrasonography, Medicine  or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in Sonography/Ultrasound/ other specific area as appropriate field or equivalent
  • Familiar with Users and the flow of product supply in hospital
  • Experienced as clinical educator will be an advantage
  • Have a good understand in human anatomy & physiology
  • English literate in both written and spoken
  • Able to travel outstation or overseas when required
  • Possess own transport
