Senior Engineering Specialist

  • Assist to grow service revenue and contract penetration.
  • Update appropriate technical support process.
  • Attend technical services to customers 
  • Review customer concerns with Supervisors
  • Ensure timely installation, pre-staging and upgrades of equipment
  • Ensure proper documentation record keeping 
  • Assist to promote and sell service contract to increase contract penetration
  • To perform T & C, installation, pre-delivery inspection, contract, warranty and trade repair on timely basis
  • Set priority to customer satisfaction - review customers concern with Supervisor and take corrective action as required
  • Ensure all service calls are logged in with Technical Admin Assistant and respond within set KPI
  • Ensure all Service Orders are closed and billed on time
  • To order relevant spare part inventory and assist in debt collection
  • Comply with SOP guidelines
Work Experience & Qualification
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with electronic equipment.
  • A familiarity with medical, scientific and computer-aided design software is also necessary.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Engineering (Surgical, Rehab) - Others or equivalent.
  • Medical device experience background.
